Professor Jonathan Trevor
He is a noted researcher, author, advisor, speaker and teacher on strategy and organization.
He is a Professor of Management Practice at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and was formerly a Lecturer at Cambridge Judge Business School and Governing Body Fellow of Downing College, University of Cambridge. Jonathan regularly publishes in leading journals, including Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. He is also the author of Align: A Leadership Blueprint for Aligning Enterprise Purpose, Strategy and Organization, which was a 2020 finalist for Business Book of the Year.
He has provided expert commentary for the Financial Times, BBC, Wall Street Journal, CNN and Forbes. He also advises executive leadership teams in all sectors internationally to help them to transform their organizations to be fit for purpose. Jonathan is an Honorary Director of White and Black Legal; Civilian Subject Matter Expert, Organisational Effectiveness at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, British Army; and the 2022 Shimomura Fellow at the Development Bank of Japan, Tokyo.
Jonathan holds a doctorate in management studies from the University of Cambridge and was a visiting scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He lives near Oxford, UK.
