Victoria Wright

Victoria is CEO of White & Black, a specialist professional services firm. An Oxford University graduate, she qualified as a solicitor in 2007 specialising in the resolution of complex commercial disputes before becoming part of the White & Black management team in 2016, Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and CEO in 2020.

As a lawyer, Victoria has been independently ranked as a “Leading Individual” in the field of commercial litigation. She is known for her empathetic, commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes and helping clients find solutions to complex problems.  She works regularly with businesses as they undertake various corporate transactions including sales, mergers, investments and re-organisation. Having experienced both the sale of White & Black and buy-back from a listed group, Victoria is uniquely placed to help guide companies and individuals through the transaction process both from her personal experience and by applying her skills as a lawyer.
